Hiring Process
The Interview
Interviews may be conducted via online, phone or face to face. We will conduct behavioural-based interviews to assess behaviours in previous workplaces. It is important that you study the job description provided after you have applied for a role. When answering questions think about a situation relating to the question, what your role was, any action you took and what was the result of that situation.
The Vetting Process
When working with tamariki and rangatahi consent is sort to allow background checks with the following;- Police Vetting Checks-Oranga Tamariki-Ministry of Social Development-Employment & Referee Check ConsentsOnce all checks are completed, checks cleared the candidate may be invited to a second interview.
The Offer
If your application is successful you will be notified by email with a Letter of Offer for signing. When offer has been accepted and signed than the internal Onboarding Process begins.
