MoE's Te Kahu Toi - Intensive Wraparound Services e Kahu Tōī, Intensive Wraparound Services (IWS) is a support programme for young people aged 5-14 years who need support at school, in the community and at home.
Ministry of Health Intensive Wraparound service involves creating tailored supports for tamariki who require a high level of support. The service supports tamariki between the ages of 0 and 21 who are at risk of entering residential care.
